SPL's Internal Event: Values Challenge
Overview
Helped SPL transform their internal event into an unforgettable, value-driven experience that deeply engaged employees. By developing seven interactive web-based challenges aligned with the company's core values, I created a fun and memorable way for SPL to reinforce their principles, promote teamwork, and gather valuable employee feedback.
The LinkedIn clip shows live play: teams scan the QR, race through the seven values, and switch languages on the fly for bilingual staff.

Memory tiles for "We move fast".
"We cooperate and share together" turned into a co-op puzzle: one teammate scans the QR code on mobile while the other drives the main screen. It was the most replayed challenge of the event.
Teams tackled real SPL scenarios on touchscreens. AI evaluated answers live, rewarding clarity, empathy, and speed.

Idea lab: drag-and-drop concepts.
The idea lab let teams drag SPL services, AI, robotics, and cyber modules to pitch new products. We captured 150+ ideas and immediate sentiment through quick prompts.

Key Features
Puzzle Challenge
A timed puzzle game where employees assemble a picture representing "We move fast."
Collaborative Game
Two players work together, one with instructions (mobile) and the other interacting with the screen, to complete a task representing "We cooperate and share together." This challenge was the most popular at the event, promoting communication and teamwork among participants.
Drawing Challenge
Employees draw an image representing "We commit to doing more" in three rounds, with the option to improve their drawing in each round.
Scenario-Based Challenge
Employees respond to scenarios related to "We exceed our customers' expectations," with AI evaluating their solutions.
Confession Booth
A platform for employees to anonymously share their thoughts and experiences, representing "We are characterized by trust and transparency." This encouraged open communication, receiving over 200 anonymous submissions and providing SPL with valuable insights into employee sentiment.
Idea Submission
Employees combine elements related to SPL services and innovative technologies (AI, Robotics, etc.) to create and submit new ideas, representing "We innovate solutions for the future." This challenge generated over 150 innovative ideas for potential future projects at SPL.
